Loved it. I just too...Hey - we did cloth wipes too. Loved it. I just took some fannel and zig-zag stitched around the edges, folded them just like you said. I found the best solution was just water with a little bit of Johnson & Johnson's baby wash. I don't remember ours getting mildewy or musty and I would fill my wipes container completely full.
